Q) How do we get information to you?
A) You can either email us, fax us or send it via US Postal service.

Q) What file formats do I need to send our logo / mascot in?
A) When ever possible we like to have Vectorart files. These are files right from the drawing program that was used to create the logo / mascot i.e., Adobe Illustrator, Freehand, Canvas or CorelDraw (version 10 or older).

If you don't have this type of file, you can send us a PDF, EPS, .ai, or MS Word document file, and we'll do our best to work with it. You will get a proof approval of everything we do.

Q) How do we pay for the order?
A) All orders are pre-paid before shipping, via Credit Card, Check or Purchase Order.

Q) We don't have a school mascot, what do we do?
A) No problem, we have a large assortment of artwork you can choose from. Just click on the words - Clipart, and you'll be taken to another page, showing you some of the many options we offer.
